There are two important things that I noticed about Trojan storage in Camarillo and why I am now a happy customer: 1. The Trojan facility is shiny and brand new and well maintained.. the storage units themselves are clean and well lit… the electronic keyless entry means no heavy locks, no jangling keys, and no keypad passwords to remember. It was so refreshing to see a sparkly, clean facility, when so many are dusty and dingy.. 2. MOST IMPORTANT: The people are welcoming, helpful, and work hard to keep the facility looking great. When I arrived in town, I had very little time to find a storage facility and little time to spend looking at candidates before needing to make a decision. The local manager here, Lachelle Rosales, greeted me at the door and, in an unhurried, but manner, told me about the facility, answered my questions, and showed me several units. Lachelle is a true gem. She is welcoming and helpful and friendly to all. She is the most important reason that made my decision to select Trojan Storage easy. Since that time I have met another employee that assist Lachelle; Travian is also helpful and friendly, even as he is busy, keeping the facility running. Good people that I trust to keep my storage safe and secure.

Overall I’m happy with my experience with Trojan storage..I really appreciate that they provided a move in promotion discounted at 75% off for the first four months. That was very helpful for my situation and I grabbed the opportunity. The hours are average but what was most important to me was the overall security of my unit. I’ve never felt so safe and protected when it comes to the safety of my belongings. The facility seems to have been built with security being the main priority which is very apparent. Clean and well kept. Staff is great. The only concern I have is the lack of communication regarding fees without any prior warning. I read someone stating that prices increased dramatically very early on. I hope that is not the case, but I will update my review if there are any changes.

This is the storage facility of the future! Everything is controlled in the app, although they do have fobs available. You don’t even need to bring your own lock. You can even give access (long or short term) to others through the app - no key or code required! The facility is beautiful and clean, and rates are super reasonable. Lachelle helped me set up my account, and was so friendly, knowledgable, and fantastic. I’ve had a couple different storage units through the years, and I wish they had all been this well thought out. The future is now!
