I called Trojan customer support and their manager got back to me stating they would honor the promo rate for the "4th month". All and all, I am happy with the outcome. Thank you. Old Post: BEWARE!!! They entice you with the 75% off promo for 4 months. We signed our contract on the 29th and they didn't say anything about it being considered 1 month promo. Got a bill for over $300! If we knew, we would have waited 1 day to sign the contract, instead we lost 1 of the 4 months special because of their deceptive tactics. Don't make the same mistake we did by trusting the company.

So cool that they are so technology driven. Cheap storage rental as of today, August 25, 2025. Promotion is for 3 or 4 months, then you have to pay the normal price. Super helpful lady helped me download the app for access to their gate, the bathroom, and my unit. They also have a key fob. This is a one time fee. There is a monthly service fee of $5/ month on top of the rental fee. The unit I got is not climate controlled, so it can get pretty hot. For the reasons of I was unable to download the app to my particular phone which is an android S25, having to buy key fob, and the unit was hot, that is the reason for my rating. I give 5 stars for helpfulness, showing me around, setting me up, and going above and beyond in customer service. You aren't going to find a better deal in San Diego right now. Thanks. All still good

Wow. I was backed up nearly 3 months. There I was sitting in complete defeat and denial over my unit going into auction just 24 hours away. I ran into some financial hurdles and couldn’t began to fathom what I was about to endure. Not only was I hours away from the auction of my unit, but I was also not able to reach corporate fast enough due to the holiday yesterday 10/14/2024. As I’m sitting on my couch, nearly about to burst in tears, the district manager of Trojan Storage, called me and pardoned me of ALL my fees and reset my account to give me the ability to catch up. He went above and beyond and was the most professional helpful and attentive gentleman I’ve ever come into contact with throughout my years of involvement with different storage businesses. Not only was I able to catch up, but this man gave me the opportunity to keep my life in my unit completely safe from auction. I am thrilled and thankful that I do business with these generous people. The facility is ALWAYS clean, kept up, and has tremendous security measures to protect everyone’s units and belongings. PLEASE try these guys out. They made my entire year! Absolutely phenomenal. The sorrento valley location has the best staff, Leo is the best and is always on point with reminders and keeping customers satisfied.

This is my first time using a storage facility, but I have visited several storages of my friends. And this one is the best, with great customer service. The employee Leo is amazing, very friendly, and empathetic. He is always ready to help. I’m leaving because I’m moving to another place now, but I totally recommend this place if you need storage. It’s very easy to access, only with your phone, no need for a lock. I got a great price, and often they have promotions, so I highly recommend it.

Oh my gosh! At first I thought yeah. Whatever I didn't like that the bathroom was an open at 6:00 a.m. you had to wait till 9:00 but after being here for a few months. Oh my god this place is so clean. So nice! Everything works as it should. The staff are always very helpful. Now they just upgraded to this new. Nok? (no key) lock system which at first I thought it was something you had to pay for or an option and I was like oh no I don't want to do that and I just bought a brand new lock. Because I just had lost my key and had to get a new lock and it was like I really don't feel like paying for that or dealing with it or any extra something than whatever's. Anyways I come back with my new key to my new lock. Ready to get in my storage shed for the second time since I replaced the lock and lo and behold they upgraded it to this system which at first I was like oh no this is going to suck. I never set this up. How am I going to get in? The office isn't open till 9:00 a.m. I better find that email and as long as you have a cell phone which most people do, it took me all of about 5 minutes to find the email. Click on it, open it. Get the app. Enter my phone number. They resent me a thing. 2 seconds late I had set up an account. I hit the unlocked button and it was automatically unlocked. I love you guys! Thank you for being awesome. Also luckily they even put my lock back in my storage shed which I just bought I was going to be kind of upset that I just wasted money but figured hey I got this cool new lock system was going to accept it so finding that at the end was a nice little bonus
