Your Lock

If your facility uses traditional locks, you’ll find a disc lock inside your welcome bag.

Need a lock? You’re ready to go.

Already have a compatible lock? Return the unused lock to the office for a refund.

Does your facility use Smart Entry?

Some Trojan Storage facilities use keyless Smart Lock technology, letting you access your storage unit right from your smartphone. Depending on your location, you’ll use one of two apps:

For Noke Smart Entry locations

Make moving in easier

Moving day can be busy. A little organization now can make accessing your belongings much easier later. A few tips as you get settled:

01Keep frequently used belongings near the front.
02Clearly label boxes and containers.
03Place heavier items on the bottom and lighter items on top.
04Leave yourself a walkway whenever space allows.
05Protect furniture with covers or moving blankets.

Grab a cart

Moving carts are available at Trojan Storage facilities to make getting your belongings from your vehicle to your unit easier. Look for our Cart Park Stations, typically located near building entrances or the office.

What can I store?

Storage units are great for household belongings, furniture, seasonal decorations, business inventory, and many other personal items. For everyone’s safety, certain items should never be placed in a storage unit.

Your Rental Agreement contains the complete requirements and restrictions for your unit. If you’re unsure whether something can be stored, check your agreement or ask your onsite team before placing it in your unit.
