David was fantastic in helping us out with our rent issue. Customer service is great! They have cameras that can see every inch of the property in high def. They're able to zoom in on license plates and get a clear view of every digit on the plate. 6 months worth of data backed up on the cloud. Definitely feel safe coming here and with my stuff being stored here. Both Randy and David have been amazing. I am so glad I decided to go with Trojan.

I came to discuss a payment issue and David was able to figure out a remedy for us for once his manager was able to check it out. They just moved to a new system so there was a slight hiccup. Other than that we live using Trojan! Everything is digital through our phones. No key required either. Push a button on the unit abs a button on the phone and we’re in our unit! Customer service has been great since day one.

It’s my one year anniversary and I never expected to store everything for this long. This facility has made everything easy for me though. Nothing but a really fantastic experience. It’s digital, secure, cleanest restrooms I’ve ever come across out in public and their gate hours are way better than all the other facilities around here. Easy freeway access and the folks running the place are all top-notch who go out of their way to make you feel at home. High tech storage is definitely the best way to go. Extremely clean, well run, and secure facility. The staff are helpful and available. They are reasonable in negotiations, which is surprising for a storage facility. Full review... Cons: Expect to pay more than you think... (It's still reasonable, competitive, rates) The initial promotional price incentives are based on a lower price. Meaning shortly after the sale price ended, I also received a significant rate increase. Renters insurance is extra, (can use your own) Key fob is an extra cost. (I recommend it, because your mobile could be dead/reception issues) They use tracking software. The mobile app uses location tracking. (Key fob works without any mobile nor app needs) Fully automated system, I don't prefer, as I had some difficulty initially with it and have mistrust in long term functionality/security... However it's currently working to deter burglaries, which is more important than the inconveniences. Over time other patrons stole (or locked in their units?), too many of the facility carts/dollies. Can't blame the facility for that, but then more are needed. PROS, are many The access hours! They are longer than most anywhere else in the South Bay! The facilities! Cleanliness! Immaculate facility! Restroom! Dollies! Temperature controlled! The staff! Friendly, competent, effective, responsive, reasonable! Interesting emailed newsletters with payment reminders/receipts. Security! Very secure and well monitored facility! Long history of being a well run and secure facility. Location. Easy to reach from a few directions. Safe clean area, with a nearby TJ's/shopping center, and park as well. However for me, the pros outweigh the cons, I will definitely use this facility for my next storage needs, and highly recommend it to others! If you're storing nicer, clean, valuables... pick a nicer, clean, secure facility.

We were looking for a storage unit on a Sunday afternoon and quickly discovered most places were closed. Trojan Storage of Campbell was open and having a sale! We spoke with Dave about what unit would be big enough for our needs but wouldn’t break the bank. Dave was amazing! He explained everything, looked thru their system to find the best matches and took us to look at each unit. I love how high tech this place is with all of the keyless doors, gates and storage units themselves. The whole place is very clean and secure. They have cameras everywhere and with the app to use the keyless entry makes us feel like our items are very safe. Highly recommend them!

They do tell you to get one when you first sign up but that is outdated info, you do not need one. Everything else was very clear and easy! Great experience, highly recommend them for anyone needing storage!

I'm super impressed with this place! Very clean, well lit, easily accessible, lots of security cameras, climate controlled, and huge bays for loading/unloading. The only thing I was nervous about, were the electronic lock systems on the units. Turns out, that's one of my favorite things now! Makes life SO much easier! The process of signing up was easy, the price was indeed better than local competitors, the app is great, and access is a piece of cake. It's still a new facility, and I'm sure there will be some bugs to work out (sometimes the app gives me trouble - but that could very well be my phone or operator error LOL), but so far Trojan Storage has been fantastic. Kevin was super easy to work with - very friendly, professional and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I went for a tour this morning to check out the facility. Crystal, the assitant manager, was nothing short of outstanding. She explains the rules, the pricing and business. I was very impressed with the security app and that I can enter the facility with the app and unlock my unit with the same app. No keys to lose or carry around. Very convenient. And lots of security cameras too. I highly recommend this facility. And hopefully you will be fortunate enough to have Crystal take you on a tour. What delightful young lady.
