Jaime at Gardena was very helpful in making the process easy for me to load up my stuff and move it all up there. New facility is ultra-modern, clean, and high-tech. Downside is that the monthly rental is 3× what my small unit (4×4) in Gardena has been costing me for over 25 yrs. Hopefully I can get used to that... I felt very welcomed and the whole process of renting a storage was a breeze. The property in Commerce, Ca is impecable and is very well maintained. Tenants have access to equipment at the front office (must leave I.d.) and near by station inside the storage facility. Upon entering the property to access your unit, you must punch in your gate code, as well as to enter the the building if needed. The property is well secured and has 360 degree camera surveillance outside and inside the property. Each unit has a door lock that automatically locks when you punch out, an extra measure of security added to each unit by the company. I feel secure at Trojan Storage and feel I made the right decision by renting with them. I want to thank Jaime for taking the time to walk me through the property and making me feel secure. He also made signing the rental agreement easy as well as giving me a discount. Jaime was kind enough to print the agreement out for me since I don’t have a working printer. Thank you Jaime. :)

Clean and convenient. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! Note that you must have a cylinder or disc lock to lock the storage space you get. The front office sells these for $16 (one lock and two keys) if you don't have one. Also note that insurance is required for your storage space. The cheapest bundled insurance is an additional $13/month, and is added when you first check in.
