rented a uhaul truck from here a few years ago, and was offered storage at the time. didn’t take them up on the offer until last year. unit was fairly priced and the move in process was smooth. my belongings have been safe for the entire time. there’s an elevator for the second floor units and always a cart. there’s also a restroom in the office during business hours. my only wish is that gate hours were extended past 7pm, but it is what it is. I highly recommend this storage facility.

I can’t rave enough- we’ve had storage units in Ohio, Michigan Pennsylvania, and here; some were good, some not so good, but this is the best. Scott and Luis are always here to help and keep this facility clean.

He’s not only professional but also friendly and easy to talk to, always making time for great conversations. Luis consistently checked in to see if we needed help and was thoughtful enough to offer us water each time we were there. His exceptional customer service really stood out, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We also really liked the storage unit itself. It had a timed light, which made accessing our things so much easier, and the building’s temperature was great—not too hot or stuffy like our previous storage facility, which didn’t even have lights in the unit. The units/halls and vacinity are kept secure with cameras , locks and codes for all access points, and everything is consistently well maintenanced so we have a clean environment. Per my experience the Pricing was fair , and the additional perks like onsite uhaul trucks, hand beds , hand trucks, and moving supplies definitely makes this joint probably ur first option out of any 3.

I have to say, I am very impressed with this place. There is a reason why they have 5 star reviews. I spoke first with Scott, who was super helpful and knowledgeable over the phone. When I arrived, the Manager Luis was so kind and helpful and explored all the possible options for the unit I needed. Their price points for units are by far better than the other places I have looked into. It is a secure facility with many cameras and a coded gate. They do have vertical and horizontal short dollies to help with moving things in and out. The manager Luis made this process so much easier and was super helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend coming here for your storage needs and if anyone asks me, this is where I am sending them.

Thank god the nicest guy was working, I had paid for my unit online and then decided to see what time the office closed. I called 20 mins tell 4 and Scott was more then happy to wait for me, get my lock and show me to my nice clean unit. He offered me water and the restroom when i first came threw the door which was awesome. I felt super comfy and i enjoyed his company on the walk to the my unit. Totally recommend here cause of the clean grounds and customer service. Plus a great promo deal when you sign up online! Thank you Scott your a life saver!
