I regularly see them walking around checking every storage unit and cleaning up. As a single woman I am often at my storage unit alone with my 3yr old so it makes me feel safe when I see them walking around the property checking up on things. They also have cameras everywhere and at night the lights are bright also they have full gates so no random people can get in.
