She was thorough, patient, and took the time to truly understand our needs — we never felt rushed or like she was just trying to make a sale. We’re downsizing from a 10,000 sq. ft. home to a 2,000 sq. ft. townhome, with some furniture needing storage for a year (give or take) and other items for only a few weeks. It’s a complicated situation, but she handled everything seamlessly and made sure we received the best deal possible. When we arrived onsite, everything was exactly as she described. In fact, our first unload was on a day the front office was closed, and even with no staff onsite, we were able to access everything we needed with the information she provided. This is by far the best facility I have rented from and in the area. The facility is always secure, safe, clean, and well maintained! The staff( Carlos, Gloria, and Savannah) are always eager to help, are friendly, and competent in their job. Customer service is top notch along with the cleanliness. You can tell the people in the office including the manager Gloria actually care about what goes on in the building. I regularly see them walking around checking every storage unit and cleaning up. As a single woman I am often at my storage unit alone with my 3yr old so it makes me feel safe when I see them walking around the property checking up on things. They also have cameras everywhere and at night the lights are bright also they have full gates so no random people can get in.
