I recently called Trojan Storage for a unit and it was about the easiest process I've ever gone through when getting a storage unit. I called, and Barbara answered super fast, with so much enthusiasm. She explained all the units, promotions, directions, etc so clearly and made it so easy for me to choose. I got the exact unit i was looking for at an amazing rate! If it wasn’t for Barbara, I could’ve easily gotten a unit elsewhere due to not enough information. But she me gave all the information I needed. Companies and people like Barbara make it so easy to choose what you want. As consumers all we want is a good company that will take care of us, with good people who can communicate well and lead us to what we’re looking for. They even provide a dust cloth and everything you need to protect your items included with rental of the unit. My friend referred me here and I must admit they definitely are worth every penny. This place is terrific!! I was stressed out and tired and Andrew was calm and patient while explaining the paperwork and sign up process. I was immediately impressed by the security of the premises. Not only do they have numerous keypads, but they have cameras everywhere inside. It’s also air conditioned. The units are tall, so expect to be able to store tall items which you normally have to lay down. They have two working freight elevators that are 8’ tall. I had a unit in the 2nd floor which was accessible by the stairway as well as the elevator. Motion activated lights. Carts to borrow (with valid ID). At move in the property was experiencing an issue with the keypad entry system. They had found a workaround and I was especially impressed with Andrew for keeping his cool and staying professional. I also appreciated the time he took to make sure I understood their process and was satisfied with my choice. I’ve rented at a few places over the years, and this was by far the best experience with the cleanest and safest units. Highly recommend!
