The one positive thing is that the office held onto my photos n personal papers for 90 days and I was able to retrieve them after they auctioned off my belongings for 30$ but wouldn't make payment arrangements with me so I could have EVERYTHING I own .they are money hungry and inhumane.i I'm was late by maybe two weeks n they just kept saying nothing they can do about it and adding late fees on n on n on until it was over 1000.00 then to turn around and auction it off for 30 bucks makes me sick really .If you r financially safe and can guarantee you are not going to be late EVER then go ahead I recommend this place , HOWEVER if you r average person in today's world of paying bills n living day to day dramas Don't use these guys find some one with a little bit of compassion and willingness to talk and listen to the customer. Not here .

My experience here has been phenomenal. I did everything on line, upon arriving they had a Welcome Bag with water, the lock and 3 keys. Thrle manager greeted me and took me right to my unit. The only issue I had was leaving at 9:04pm I was charged a 100 fee. They immediately corrected it, explained where fees came from and made sure I was happy. Excellent Customet Service. Hats off to Bethany and Wahkene.

Jose is very attentive to customers and is a friendly face to see when I go to my unit. The lobby has coffee, which is a Great plus. Check in was a breeze and Katie the manager was on hand to make everything process smoothly even when I made a mistake in providing information she took care of it and made us feel like it was no big deal - just great service from top to bottom!
