Great storage company. The units are clean, dry and well taken care of. The price is the best I could find in Vancouver, or northern Oregon. A LOT less for the size of the unit (10×10). And they have a 2 months 1/2 off promotion. All access into the facility and the unit is electronic controlled from an app on your phone. And uses Bluetooth so you don't even need data service! The only thing that kinda sucks is access is limited to 9pm. Other than that, GREAT place!

The facility matched our criteria perfectly as did another facility we toured earlier that day. As an added and very unexpected bonus, we were given top-tier service by Dawn, the facility manager. The level of professionalism Dawn exhibited was on par with the customer service you would expect at a luxury automobile dealership or from a high-end real estate broker. I had been looking to get a storage unit and stumbled across Trojan Storage. It was almost closing hours when I arrived, but the manager (Dawn) didn't even mention that she was about to close. She took her time explaining the sizes of units, prices, hours, the amazing new lock system(so I didn't not have to worry about my stuff being stolen), and then proceeded to walk me through every step to make sure that I knew how to use my new storage unit. I don't even have experiences like that in high end, designer clothing stores! Thank you Dawn for making my first storage experience a good one. A great storage facility with reasonable monthly rates. My only complaint is once, someone broke into my unit and the staff made ME buy a new lock. I think they should have bought it because the units are supposed to be secure. I don't think they even looked at the camera footage. But 1 complaint in 4 years is still pretty good.

I spoke with Troy yesterday to reserve a storage unit for my family and I. Troy had 10 star customer service! He answered all of the questions I had, he was professional, kind, respectful, I also had two screaming kiddos in the background while we were on the phone and he had so much patience with me during our phone call!! my hubby and I share a vehicle and have two little kiddos so I was trying to figure out how I would get to the facility before they closed to do our move in, Troy was able to go above and beyond and let me know that it was no problem that we could do it all online!! Thank you so much Troy for all of your help! You are awesome and your customer service did not go unnoticed! I am looking forward to this next storage chapter at Trojan Storage!
